1. Find your program
RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH!
We offer over 130 programs in a wide variety of fields and credentials, focused on meeting the needs of every student. You can choose a comprehensive four-year honours degree program — a degree that combines the theory and critical thinking of a university program with hands-on, applied learning. Or maybe you'd prefer a one-year post-graduate program, that’s great for students looking to build onto their current knowledge. Many of our programs offer the flexibility to be taken part-time, accelerated, virtually or as a hybrid.
Refer to the Choose your program tab for more information.

2. Check the admissions requirements
Admissions requirements vary depending on your program of interest. Please check your program page to ensure you meet the specific requirements outlined there.

3. Apply online
IF YOU’RE A CANADIAN CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT
The ‘equal consideration’ date for the 2022-2023 academic year is February 1, 2022. However, colleges in Ontario can start sending offers of admission by as early as November 2021. We’ll accept your application after the equal consideration date, provided the program is still open, as indicated on the program page on sheridancollege.ca.
Additional important dates can be found at ontariocolleges.ca

4. Submit your documentation
IF YOU'RE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN HIGH SCHOOL
Advise your guidance office that you’re applying to Sheridan. They’ll send a record of your grades (also known as transcripts) to ontariocolleges.ca at the appropriate times throughout the year.

5. Track your application
View outstanding requirements, deadlines and next steps through your Applicant Portal.

6. Accept your offer
FOR PROGRAMS STARTING FROM FALL 2022
May 1, 2022: Deadline to Confirm Offers of Admission
Applicants must confirm their acceptance of an offer of admission by this date. Log into your ontariocolleges.ca account to confirm your offer of admission, or you may lose your offer.
Offers made after May 1 will have a different confirmation deadline, which will be communicated to you by Sheridan with your offer.
